Before I design anything it's my job to learn as much about your business and brand vision as possible. We'll chat, I'll ask a LOT of questions, and then I'll distill all of this into a concise brand strategy that will guide all of our work together.

Next I'll transform your brand strategy into one cohesive brand identity — a strategically stunning set of brand visuals and collateral that will wow your dream customers while working seamlessly for your business needs.

Refine

This is a collaborative process, so once you've had time to marinate on the designs, we'll work together to identify any necessary refinements and fine-tune your new identity so it's a perfect fit for your brand and business goals.

    Collateral may include business cards, custom icon family (up to 5), an email newsletter template, stationery items, instagram post templates (up to 3), a blog graphic template, hang tags, enamel pins, mugs, stickers, t-shirts, an invoice template, a pricing sheet, etc.

    I. Discovery

    Our work together begins with me getting to know you and your brand as well as possible. You'll begin by completing my comprehensive brand questionnaire and then we'll follow up with our Kickoff Call to discuss.

    II. Strategy

    After our Kickoff Call, I’ll distill the answers from your brand questionnaire and everything we’ve discussed so far into a one page brand strategy and accompanying brand style board. This sets the foundation for your new brand and will guide the rest of our work together.

    One round of refinement is included here.*

    III. Branding & Collateral Design

    Next I'll use your brand strategy as the guiding light to create your new logo and brand identity design using my signature one concept approach.

    The first proof takes the most time to create since I’m building your new brand identity from scratch and translating your brand strategy into a living breathing brand.

    Once the first proof is ready, I’ll walk you through it for the first time personally. Seeing my clients’ reactions to their new brands for the first time is one of my favorite things!

    Once you've had some time to let the designs marinate and share your feedback, we'll work together to refine the identity designs until they're just the right fit for your brand.

    Two rounds of refinement are included in this phase.*

    V. Delivery

    Once your identity and brand collateral have been approved, I'll create your print and digital-ready final files, plus my comprehensive brand guidelines which ensure you’ll be able to use your brand to its highest potential. Once I send these your way, we'll have our Conclusion Call to review everything and you'll be ready to share your stunning new brand with the world!

    *Additional rounds will be quoted separately and will delay the schedule accordingly.

    Each brand has unique needs and my clients often choose to add on additional collateral or larger items like packaging, signage, or website design.

    Note: I know this package is a big investment in yourself and your brand, and hence it’s a big decision. Keep in mind that the cost is split into 4 payments spaced out throughout our work together. If we seem like a the right fit, I’m also open to offering the strategy portion of this package as a standalone to test the waters of working together before you commit to the full package.

Have a clear vision and a smaller budget? Whether you’re just starting out or you just don’t need all the bells and whistles, this package is great way to create a strong yet simple brand foundation that we can easily build on in the future.

  • Estimated timeline: 4-6 weeks

    I. Discovery

    First you’ll complete my Essentials questionnaire and share a Pinterest board with a CLEAR visual direction for your logo, color palette, brand typography, etc. This will help me learn more about your brand and understand your vision. From there, we’ll hop on a call to make sure we’re on the same page before we move on to the design phase.

    II. Design

    Next I’ll translate based what you’ve shared during the Discovery phase into your new branding, including one collateral item. This part of the process takes about 2 weeks.

    III. Refine

    To keep the price of this package accessible, ONE round of minor refinements is included to fine-tune your branding before delivery.

    Larger adjustments or changes of brand direction will be billed at a rate of $200/hr.

    IV. Delivery

    Once your branding is approved, I’ll package it up with all the necessary print and digital-ready files and a basic style guide to give you the information you need as you prepare to unleash your new brand magic on the world.
